Salty licorice is mostly eaten in the Nordic Countries, Netherlands, and Germany. In other parts of the world, this delicacy is mostly unknown.
As our crickets are not deep-fried but roasted, our crickets do not contain trans fats that are so common in traditional snacks.

Farmed and roasted house cricket (91%; acheta domesticus), ammonium chlorine, rise flour, salt, and, licorice extract.
Pour the salty licorice powder on crickets.
